My first allotment

As you may have guessed, this site is all about my allotment - my first real attempt at vegetable growing. There are some pictures of course, and you can expect progress reports on my broad beans as well as an inside view of my compost bin. However, It is really here so that I can get some feedback on my "Online Allotment Planning Tool". This was originally intended for my own use, to help me to keep a record of what has been planted, when and where, but I would like to develop it further to make it more generally useful. It allows the user to "draw" the beds and Crops and enter relevent data about them. At the moment, its output is mainly the picture of the allotment, plus the ability to view it in the future as the crops develop. There are quite a few features that I would like to add - Crop plans, various graphical displays etc etc. but I would like some feedback first.

Anyway, It is all online, so there is no need to download any software. There is a User Guide describing the tool, or you can look at an example (my current allotment) here, start up a new plot here or, when resuming work from a saved plan, here.
